An homage to the most famous Austrian composer, inspired by the traditional "Mozartkugeln": filled with the typical layers of marzipan and pistachio, covered by a light and moist sponge and glazed with chocolate, Mozart celebration cake is our take on the genius from Salzburg.

Whipping Cream, Eggs, Sugar, Dark Chocolate, Butter, Plain Flour, Marzipan (Sugar, almonds, bitter almonds, glucose syrup, glycerol, sorbitol), Cocoa powder (cocoa powder alkalized, acidity regulator E501i), Pistachio paste (roasted pistachios, natural food colourings (E100, E141), salt), Salt, White Chocolate. Icing: White Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk powder, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Natural vanilla flavouring.)
